God Provides!

God has been blessing us in so many ways recently! He has provided everything we need for the the baby, from stroller to rocking chair to car seat! Our church family at Walnut Hill has helped out in so many ways, as well as some of our friends from Chicago. 

I got laid off two weeks ago, and then two days later God provided me with a job doing high-end remodeling work! He is ever-faithful to provide for our needs! We are looking to raise $27,600 this summer, for a budget of $2,300 a month. It seems like a lot to raise, but God is constantly reminding me  that He is providing for everything we need. 

One day at work I was worrying about raising support, and I was a little hungry as well, because I didn't pack enough for lunch. As I was worrying about raising support, a co-worker offered me a full bag of chips! Even my tiniest little needs are taken care of.

On top of that, Sarah and I had talked sometime about getting a canoe, but never did because it was kind of a luxury. God even provided us with a free canoe a couple of months ago! 

All this has demonstrated to me that God is faithful, and what He has called us to, He will provide for in His perfect timing!
